BOOKING 

Choose your dates, choose your room and click to confirm

Firefly is the no-delay place to stay to make the most of even the shortest getaway break. Without staff on site, the innovative secure virtual booking process ensures efficiency, with no waiting in queues to collect or drop off keys.  

PRE STAY

PAYMENT

Firefly is a cashless property, You will receive a text message from SOT pay 24/48 hours prior to arrival to make your secure online payment for your stay (unless you have prepaid at time of booking)

KEYS

On the morning of arrival, you will receive an email or text message with details on how to access Firefly. Once inside the building you will have a pin code and details of where to collect your room key. 

Your room key will be active from 15.00 on your day of arrival and will deactivate at 11.00 on your departure day.

ARRIVAL

Check-In from 15:00. You will have been sent details on how to access Firefly and how to collection your room key. Your room key will be activated from 15.00 on the day of arrival and for the duration of your stay.

CHECK OUT

Check out is simple, just gather up your things and drop your room key back to the original collection point by the main entrance.
